Return Policy
Our after market Warranty : One Year!
We promise to obey the return policy when the item has the problem below, but you must sent back the item after we knowing your problem and what you want us to do.
Our policy lasts 30 working days from purchase date. We are sorry for not offering refund or exchange after 30 working days since your purchase date.
There are 3 situation for return
1) 7 days no reason to refund --- Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days after receiving the package, in this case we can refund the full amount.
Note: 7-days no-reason return is for the packages that are unopened, brand new, unregistered and unused, buyer return back and buyer pay the return shipping cost.
If it has been registered and used , within 30 days, if it is a problem with the product, we will replacement for free (Seller pay the return shipping cost).
If it is not a quality problem of the product, but buyer not like or the car not on the list, this situation return back we cannot provide a full refund within 30 days, and can only refund 90% of the order amount ( buyer pay the return shipping cost)
2) Return back replacement
With 1 month we can make replacement for customers, customer need pay the return shipping cost , for new package send again, seller will pay the freight.
3) Return for repair
With 1 year warranty, if the product is broken, we have they responsibliy help customers repair.
Within 6 months , seller pay the return shipping cost
Over 6 months, buyer pay the return shipping cost ( or seller pay half return shipping cost )
After product reached to us, we will send back to factory for repair,after repair well, we will pay the new package freight send back to customer
4) Return for refund
If customer wanna return back for refund, need send back the whole product and buyer pay the shipping cost, after package reached to us, we will totally refund to you(the order amount)
5) Update Service after add update success not accept cancel or refund !
