Refund Policy
There are 3 situation for return
We promise to obey the return policy when the item has the problem below, but you must sent back the item after we knowing your problem and what you want us to do.
We offer a 30-day return policy for replacements and refunds, along with a 1-year warranty for repairs. We are sorry for not offering refund or exchange after 30 working days since your purchase date.
We also offer 7 days no reason to refund --- Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days after receiving the package, in this case we can refund the full amount.
Note: 7-days no-reason return is for the packages that are unopened, brand new, unregistered and unused, buyer return back and buyer pay the return shipping cost.
If it has been registered and used , within 30 days, if it is a problem with the product, we will replacement for free (Seller pay the return shipping cost).
If it is not a quality problem of the product， such as buyer not like the product or the car not on the list, this situation return back we cannot provide a full refund within 30 days, and can only refund 90% of the order amount ( buyer pay the return shipping cost)
1. Return for Refund (Within 30 Days)
Customers can request a return for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
The item must be returned in its original condition with all accessories.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the product,
a full refund for the order amount will be processed.
2. Return for Replacement
If you receive a defective item or need a replacement, Please contact us within 48 hours after got the package.
We will replace a new one for you, Customer send back to us, for the broken device seller pay the return shipping costs.
We will also pay the shipping fee to send the new replacement to you.
3. Return for Repair (1-Year Warranty)
All products come with a 1-year warranty.
If the product breaks within 1 year, customers can send it back to us for repair.
Customers pay the return shipping cost to send the item to us.
After the product is repaired by the factory, we will cover the shipping fee to send it back to the customer.
