How to solve X300M for Citroen DS3 2016 after save new KM success back to Original KM

Car: Citroen DS3 2016
SN: 815400171590
Original KM: 124324
New KM wanna change: 108763

After write well the new KM, turn off the car and open again, KM back to 124324, how so solve ?


Solution from OBDSTAR engineers:

After adjusting the instrument, disconnect the instrument, enter the BSI menu for automatic identification, first read the data backup, and then enter the mileage reset. If the reset is successful, the vehicle will be powered off for three minutes and the instrument will be connected.
Then will be success for mileage change
